LG G6 Might Get Oreo Update Soon, Courtesy Geekbench Listing

LG G6 has been spotted on Geekbench, running Android 8.0. This suggests that the company is testing Oreo on the flagship and may release it soon. The G6, with the Snapdragon 821, was launched at MWC 2017 with Nougat 7.0 and incrementally updated to 7.1.2.
The single-core and multi-core results for the Oreo-powered G6 are 1858 and 4137 respectively. These are in the same range as results for Nougat 7.1.2 and do not suggest any significant performance jump after the update (if any).
Meanwhile, LG has not promised any Oreo update and we shall have to wait with crossed fingers until there is an announcement from the company.
