After allowing access to iPhone X pre-orders, Apple has updated the service pricing for the new device. As it turns out, if you break an iPhone X's edge-to-edge display, repairs will cost you more than a new Moto G5S or Nokia 6.
Unless it is a manufacturing defect, Apple will charge $279 to replace the screen and users will have to shell out $549 for other damages not covered under warranty.
Apple, however, lets users buy AppleCare+ for the iPhone X for $199 in the USA. Broken displays on devices covered under AppleCare+ can be replaced for only $29, while other damages will cost $99.
